I am trying to get my GSXR from Dallas Tx to Lubbock texas and I’m driving a tahoe. I need to find a cheap motorcycle carrier or trailer by sunday, or if there are any other cheap solutions let me know. I already thought about Uhaul but they only do local rentals for their trailers

You can try a local harbor freight stores. Here is the web site for stores in Texas. I hope this helps.
