Hauling a motorcycle 200 miles?

Sefgbud asked:

I have a motorcycle that needs picked up a good ways away. I was looking at U-Haul but it says you cannot take their motorcycle trailers out of town and are not to be driven more then 45 MPH.

I do not have a truck, Can anyone recommend some solutions to get my bike home? Riding it home is absolutely not an option.

Thanks.

Look for another company. I just googled motorcycle towing and my city and came up with the company I used the last time we had to tow our bikes.

Can’t go out of town? That’s a new one. It might just be that you need to return it at the same place you rented it.

Get the insurance and take the trailer anyway.

Take the trailer, just return it to the same place.

Go get the bike with a UHaul box trailer.
