Is it better to buy or get a mortage? Want to sell my house and move into a very nice and clean trailer park in NJ. But I have no idea how much they actually cost, etc? Any help would be appreciated.

Don’t be stupid! If you don’t want the house, buy a condo. Invest your money, dont put it in the deteriation fund. Trailers are like cars. Once they get old, they are junk and of no value!
mjz321 just proved my point! That $5,000.00 used one cost $20,000.00 when new, plus the mortgage interest. And the new $30,000.00 one will deteriorate each year, till it too is worth only $5,000.00.

Lot rent = ouch. Make sure you check on lot price, too.
Make sure have new heat tape on water pipes under trailer.
Have lots of duct tape and a roll of pastic to put over each window to save on your heat bills in winter.
Normally water/sewer and garbage included in lot rent.
Trailer? Rent - don’t buy; fast depreciation.
